Terms and Conditions





We must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your card has been authorised an email receipt will be sent to you. Please keep this for your records. Your order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours unless out of stock or no longer available ,in these cases we would contact you immediately , dispatch of ‘one off’ or ‘special commissions’ are by arrangement with the customer who will be kept fully informed of their progress, Delivery is  by Royal Mail's Special Delivery Next Day service which guarantees next working day delivery before 1pm.This also insures the item for loss. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person for whatever reason.


Special Orders and commissions

A 50% non –returnable deposit must be placed . We do not refund payments for one off special commissions or customers own designs ,as all of these designs will have been agreed with the customer before manufacture.


We want you to be completely happy with your online puchase and with the exception of pierced earrings which for hygiene reasons cannot be returned. any other item may be returned within a period of 7 days for either an exchange or a refund. All returns must be in perfect unworn condition (any item which appears to have been worn , altered or modified or had any security tag removed, will not  be eligible for a refund) All returns must be in the original packaging and with any certification or documentation relevant to the item. Any refund will be made to the credit card used to make the purchase.

In your own interests the parcel should be sent by insured post as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please note Royal Mail Recorded Delivery  does not provide insurance cover for jewellery.


Defective and Damaged Items

All of our jewellery is minutely inspected before dispatch to eradicate the chance of disappointment due to manufacturer defects, however  please contact us as quickly as possible by email if the item arrives damaged or defective in any way and we will arrange to replace it or issue a refund.



Since all payments are processed by our chosen and authorised payment processor Paypal we never have access to your card details .Please don't try to send orders/payments by email as this is not a secure method of transmission.

Please note that we do not use the information you provide on site for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

We do use cookies which are small files stored on your computer by a web site to give you a unique Identity which helps make it easier and faster for you to use our site. A cookie does not contain any information about you.



We will only use your email address to contact you regarding your order. Or if you wish to be contacted by us with special offers or news of new designs



We work hard to keep our site up to date but cannot guarantee that the contents are completely free of errors, technical or otherwise. Nor will we be held responsible for incorrect prices or information. However, if you are unhappy with any aspect of the site or have any suggestions as to how we might improve it please email us with your comments






We use the UK standardised system of sizing which increases in increments of full and half sizes. Please note that not all rings for sale on the site  are available in all sizes, this applies particularly to the range of Silver rings.


If you do not already know your size we suggest you get your finger measured by a professional jeweller who will use the standard measurements. Some but not all jewellers will be happy to do this for you Free of Charge.


Please note that finger size can alter considerably during hot or cold weather and ideally you should have your finger measured during normal conditions. A ring should fit snugly over the knuckle so that it will not drop off in cold or wet conditions but it should also not be so snug that it proves difficult to remove when your hands are warm.
